The Diploma of Leadership and Management is delivered full time over 52 weeks, comprising 47 weeks of class delivery and 5 weeks of holidays, with students attending 20 hours per week.
For direct entry without additional support, students must achieve a minimum of 85% and 90% in DIC's Determining Suitability Assessment (DSA). For direct entry with additional support, students must achieve a minimum of 75%–85%. Where an individual does not meet the minimum required 75% in the DSA or a 6.0 (or equivalent) in IELTS, they will be recommended to undertake an ELICOS course before re-applying.
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, students will be awarded a BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification.
Further training pathways from this qualification may lead to BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, or a range of other Advanced Diploma level qualifications. Employment outcomes targeted by this qualification include Manager, Executive Officer, Supervisor, and Senior Supervisor roles across many industries.
Yes, Della International College offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Course Credit to students through the enrolment process. The college also recognises qualifications issued by other RTOs. Students are advised to consult with the Compliance Manager for further information.
