The course runs for 52 weeks in total, comprising 43 weeks of study and 9 weeks of scheduled break.
To enrol, students must provide English level evidence at an Advanced level (IELTS 6.0 or PTE overall 50), be 18 years or above with a High School Certificate (Year 12), and submit a verified copy of their qualifications and transcripts confirmed by CTI's approved student recruitment agent.
Following the completion of the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, students are able to progress into the Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Business, Diploma of Software Development, or Diploma of Digital and Interactive Games at Canterbury Technical Institute, as well as having the opportunity to continue onto university study.
The course consists of 12 units in total — 4 Core units and 8 Electives — organised across five clusters: Work Effectiveness, Leadership and Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Diversity, and Sustainability.
