Queensford College provides a range of support services including Academic Support (assistance with course content, assessments, and study skills), Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital Skills (LLND) Support, Financial Support (available to eligible students), and Personal and Wellbeing Support to help with non-academic challenges that may affect learning.
Queensford College operates three campuses: Brisbane (Level 2, 359 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000), Adelaide (Level 2, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000), and Parramatta (Level 4, 16-18 Wentworth Street, Parramatta NSW 2150).

Queensford College uses Moodle as its official Learning Management System (LMS). Once logged in, your available courses will be displayed on your Moodle Dashboard. For IT support with the LMS, students can contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@queensford.edu.au or call +61 7 3221 1626.
