There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, substantial work experience would be highly regarded. It is recommended that individuals be 18 years or older and have completed Year 12 or its equivalent with suitable English language skills. International students are also required to have an English ability at the IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
The course is delivered in a blended format, comprising 67% face-to-face and 33% online. Online learning is conducted via Moodle, the college's eLearning platform, and includes both synchronous (live online lecture and support sessions) and asynchronous (pre-recorded lectures, presentations, discussion forums) components.
After completing the Diploma of Leadership and Management, students can pursue further study in the Advanced Diploma to develop specialised technical and theoretical management skills, or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
Graduates of the Diploma of Leadership and Management can pursue a variety of roles including Transport Manager, Distribution Centre Manager, Information Services Manager, Manager Corporate Services, Office Manager, Legal Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Business Development Manager, Production Manager, and Business Manager, among others.
