Diploma of Leadership and Management

The total fees for the course are: Tuition Fees AUD $9,500.00, Enrolment Fee AUD $300.00, and Resource Fee AUD $300.00. The Resource Fee ensures students receive printed notes, learning material and access to Wi-Fi for the duration of their course.

The course is delivered full time over 52 weeks, including 12 weeks of holidays, via face-to-face classroom-based learning and work-based delivery at the Brisbane campus.

All units of competence will be assessed using a selection of tools including Portfolio, Observation, Report, Verbal Questions and Answers, Written Assessment, Practical demonstration / Role Play, and Presentations / Meetings / Discussions.

Yes. RPL is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work, and life experiences. Students who have completed any of the subjects or have practical experience that can be used for RPL can contact VCI prior to enrolment. Candidates are required to provide evidence that they are already competent in the specific subject/subjects, and these evidences should be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.

After successful completion of the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, graduates may progress to the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or a range of other Advanced Diploma Qualifications. Potential job roles include Information Services Manager, Corporate Services Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Manager.
