Diploma of Leadership and Management

Upon successful completion of the 12 units of competency in this course, students will be issued the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification. If a student does not complete the full qualification but has successfully achieved units, a Statement of Attainment will be issued, indicating the units completed.

The tuition fee for the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) is $8,500 for offshore students and $6,500 for onshore students, with a materials fee of $300 and an enrolment fee of $250.

Students who complete the Diploma of Leadership and Management may progress to the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, and subsequently to the BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership, and/or articulation to one of Capital College's Higher Education pathway partners, after satisfying each course's prerequisites. Graduates may also be eligible for credit towards a university and/or guaranteed entry to a top Australian University.

The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) is delivered over 52 weeks and comprises 12 units of competency, delivered on-campus at Capital College's Canberra, ACT campus.

Yes, Capital College offers Management Pack 1, which combines the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) and the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420) over 104 weeks across 22 units, with fees of $15,000 for offshore students and $12,000 for onshore students, plus a $250 enrolment fee and $600 materials fee.
