Common Questions
The course requires 20 hours per week in total, comprising 14 hours of face-to-face on-campus training and 6 hours of structured online learning activities. A typical week consists of two days of classes, each with two periods scheduled in either the AM or PM block.
Applicants must have a valid IELTS score of 5.5 Bands, or PTE score of 42, or Cambridge score of 162, or TOEFL iBT 46 (or equivalent, such as completing a minimum 10-week General English Course of Upper-Intermediate Level) within the last 2 calendar years. Alternatively, applicants may have completed an Australian AQF Level 3 qualification or higher within the last 3 years, a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education conducted entirely in English in Australia within the last 3 years, or a minimum of 5 continuous years of study in English in countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America.
The Diploma of Leadership and Management is offered at two locations: Melbourne and Sydney. The first intake is scheduled for 25 May 2026.
The course has a duration of 52 weeks (12 months) including holidays, with students studying 20 hours per week.
Graduates can pursue higher education in business or other related fields, or enter the workforce in roles such as Business Manager, Team Leader, or Business Development Manager.
