Students must demonstrate an English level of IELTS 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5, or an equivalent qualification such as IBT 60, PTE 50, CAE 169, OET B, General English Advanced, MOI Certificate, Duolingo 95, MET, LANGUAGECERT Academic, CELPIP General, or a Certificate IV or higher qualification with an Australian institution.
The program is delivered and assessed through a combination of classroom-based learning, simulated industry workplace activities, and supervised online study. Assessment methods include written questions or reports, practical activities or projects, case study analysis, observation during practical sessions, and work placement where applicable. Learners are also expected to complete approximately 10 hours per week of unsupervised study.
Students who successfully complete all 12 units will receive the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management certificate. Learners who partially complete the qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units they are deemed competent.
Yes. Lead College recognises qualifications issued by other RTOs and will accept and mutually recognise qualifications and Statements of Attainment awarded by any other registered training organisation. Credit Transfer may be granted for subjects or units where equivalence can be established. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for skills and knowledge gained through work and life experience and other unrecognised training, which will be discussed during the entry process and interview stage.
After completing the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, graduates may progress to the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, pursue a career as a corporate General Manager, or seek a pathway to higher education qualifications.
