Common Questions
Each unit comprises assessment tasks such as theoretical questioning, projects (containing case studies and written reports), applied questions, presentations, and role plays. Assessments are competency-based, and students receive either a Competent (C) or Not Yet Competent (NYC) result. Students have three attempts to demonstrate competency before a unit re-enrolment fee applies.
The course tuition fee is $11,250.00. Additional fees include a non-refundable enrolment fee of $250.00, a material fee of $95.00, and a late/re-assessment fee of $50.00 per unit. The course fee includes learning resources, trainer and assessor support by phone and email, up to 78 weeks to complete the course, and certificate and record of results issuance.
The course is delivered face-to-face at two campuses: the Sydney Campus at Level 1, 37 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, and the Melbourne Campus at L8, 1/168 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Richmond School of Business offers a range of support services including language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) support based on individual test outcomes, trainer and assessor support via telephone and email during business hours, a dedicated Student Support Services Department for administrative support, and student welfare services including access to an external qualified Student Welfare Counsellor, Mrs Judith Bowler, for professional counselling if required.
This qualification is aimed at overseas students seeking to develop leadership qualities and expertise across a wider range of business functions in a senior management or administrative role. It targets two groups: existing business professionals such as senior administrators, senior executives, general managers, and area managers seeking formal recognition; and individuals looking for a career change, those needing the qualification for employment, or those taking on an executive role within their organisation.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
