The course is delivered over 40 tuition weeks plus term breaks, with classes rostered for 3 days per week along with a self-study component. Overseas students are required to complete a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following: IELTS 5.5, completion of the Advanced level at CCEB, C1 Level of the CEFR – Common European Framework, or having completed the Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or a substantial component of an AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification in Australia in the English language within the 2 years before applying for the student visa.
No work placement hours are required for the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
A range of assessments are employed for this training program and the type of assessment is dependent on the nature of the unit of competency. Assessments include demonstrations, observations, projects, presentations, knowledge tests, reports and interviews.
On completion of the Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may pursue the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management at CCEB or other CRICOS registered training organisations.
