About This Course

The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) at Australian Education Excellence Centre (AEEC) is a nationally recognised AQF Level 5 qualification designed for aspiring managers, current supervisors and professionals ready to formalise their workplace experience into a strategic management credential. The course is delivered exclusively at AEEC's Werribee campus.

Students develop advanced problem-solving, strategic decision-making, operational planning and high-impact communication skills, along with the ability to lead and manage effective workplace relationships and team performance. The program combines core units in communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and operational planning with a choice of elective units covering areas such as budgeting, workplace safety and sustainability.
