About This Course

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Requirements

Student must have completed Australian Year 11 or equivalent level of schooling or a Certificate III or higher qualification with an Australian institution.
Student must have English Proficiency or demonstrate as per Oban College's English Proficiency Policy and Procedure such as: IELTS 6.0, PTE 50, General English Advanced or equivalent, Duolingo 95, Oban College internal English test, or Certificate IV or higher qualification with an Australian institution.
Student must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Student may be required to undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and digital literacy assessment.
Student must bring their own laptops or tablets.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
