The total fees for the course are $16,600, which includes a Tuition Fee of $15,500, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $300, and a Study Material Fee of $1,000 per year.
The course duration is 52 weeks, with a planned completion of all 12 units of competency within 78 weeks total — comprising 62 weeks of classroom-based training and assessment and 16 weeks of school break. Students study 20 hours of face-to-face study per week.
Training and assessment methods include Role Play/Observation in Class, Group Activities, Written Examination in class under trainers' supervision, Case studies/Scenarios, Research Assignments, and Workplace Assessments.
After completing the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may pathway to the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Applicants are required to provide an IELTS certificate showing a score of 6 or above (or equivalent), and must also undertake and successfully complete Signature Training College's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment.
