Diploma of Leadership and Management

The course covers a wide range of topics including Effective Communication and Negotiation, Strategic Planning and Decision-Making, Team Building and Motivation, Conflict Resolution and Change Management, Project Management and Risk Assessment, and Ethical Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The course is offered on a full-time basis and takes approximately 18 months to complete. It is delivered through a combination of online and face-to-face learning.

To enrol, prospective students must be at least 18 years of age, have completed Year 12 or equivalent, have an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent, and have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

The enrolment process involves completing the online application form, paying the application fee, submitting academic transcripts and other supporting documents, attending an interview with an AuSC admissions officer, and once accepted, paying the tuition fees.

The course delivery includes a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, practical workshops, and industry-focused projects. Students also have opportunities to apply their knowledge through industry projects, case studies, and simulations, ensuring they are ready to tackle real-world leadership challenges.
