To achieve the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, students must complete 12 units in total — 6 core units and 6 elective units.
Assessment methods include written questions and assignments, projects and case studies, role plays and simulations, presentations and group work, and workplace evidence (if applicable).
The course is priced at $6,200.00 AUD and has a duration of 52 weeks, delivered across 40 lessons with a maximum of 20 students per cohort.
After completing this qualification, students may progress to the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or pursue higher education in business or management.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification; however, it is recommended that learners have vocational experience or a Certificate IV level qualification, and possess basic computer literacy and English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above.
