Diploma of Leadership and Management

For onshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $9,000, with an enrolment fee of AUD $250 and a material fee of AUD $300. For offshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $10,000, with an enrolment fee of AUD $500 and a material fee of AUD $300.

The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) has a duration of 52 weeks.

You must have demonstrated an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old), or demonstrate successful completion of at least General English at Advanced or English for Academic Purposes Advanced level.

After completing this qualification, graduates may work as a Team Leader, Department Supervisor, Operations Manager, Business Manager, Project Coordinator, or Office Manager. The course also provides a pathway to higher-level management and graduate diploma programs.

Training includes practical workplace scenarios, case studies, group projects, and presentations. Assessments are designed to reflect real management responsibilities such as developing operational plans, managing team performance, preparing business reports, handling workplace problems, and leadership activities. The focus is on real-world management skills rather than only theory.
