Diploma of Leadership and Management

The course fee is $4,000 in total. Payment is structured as an initial payment of $1,000 for the first quarter, followed by the remaining balance paid in 3 quarterly instalments of $1,000 each, all prior to course completion.

Learners are assessed through observation during role play/simulation, questioning (which may include self-assessment, verbal answers, written questionnaires, activity modules or interviews), and structured activities such as projects, case studies, presentations, role play, demonstration, and progressive tasks.

To complete the course, you will need a computer with internet access at a reliable speed of at least 5mbps, Google Chrome (recommended browser), MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel or equivalent applications, and Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent. Kensington Global College will also provide learner guides, assessment workbooks, templates for projects and other activities, and relevant simulated workplace documentation.

Yes, Kensington Global College has an RPL process in place. Prospective students are informed of the RPL Policy and Procedures through pre-enrolment interviews, enrolment forms, the Student Handbook, and the college website prior to enrolment.

After completing this diploma, learners may consider further study such as the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Please note that these qualifications are not offered by Kensington Global College.
