About This Course

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply knowledge and practical skills and experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse, and synthesise information from a variety of sources. Course duration is calculated on 20 hours per week of face-to-face training for 44 weeks & 8 weeks of allocated term break. Total Course Duration: 52 weeks. Face to face classroom based. Multicultural groups in an instructor led-learning environment. Assessment in simulated environment. Delivered at Level 5, 310 King Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

English Language Requirement: Please refer Admissions and Student Selection Policy. Academic Requirement: No prior academic requirements apply for this qualification; however, Glen Institute require successful completion of Australian Equivalent Year 12 qualification or higher. Age Requirement: All applicants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of applying for admission to the course. Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) Skills Requirement: Applicants will be required to demonstrate their LLND capabilities and/or complete an LLND assessment prior to course enrolment, in accordance with Glen Institute's Pre-Training Review and LLND Policy and Procedure. Other: Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Applicants should be in possession of their personal computer (the minimum configuration should be Intel Core i3 (sixth generation or newer) or equivalent. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64, Memory: 4 GB RAM, Storage: 120 GB internal storage). Note: The minimum test score for the English proficiency requirement for a Student visa increases from IELTS 5.5 to 6.0 (or equivalent).
