This qualification will be delivered over 78 weeks, including 60 weeks of training and assessment spread over 6 terms of 10 weeks each and 18 weeks of holidays.
The course fee is AUD $16,500.00, with an additional Enrolment Fee of $200 and a Material Fee of $300. Note that intake dates and course fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Students who complete this course may wish to continue their education into the BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication or a range of Advanced Diploma qualifications, as well as higher education qualifications in marketing and communication.
Students may apply for recognition of existing qualifications or skills, knowledge, and experience (credit transfer or recognition of prior learning). The granting of course credit may affect course fees, as well as the duration of the course, as outlined in Victorian Institute of Education's Student Enrolment and Completion Policy and Training and Assessment Policy & Associated Procedures.
The Diploma of Marketing and Communication is delivered at Victorian Institute of Education's Sydney CBD and Adelaide campuses. For 2026, intake dates are January 5, February 9, April 6, May 11, July 6, August 10, September 28, and November 2.
