To be eligible for this course, applicants must have completed either BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication or BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication, be over 18 years of age, and international students must demonstrate an IELTS 6.0 level of English language or equivalent, as well as have completed education equivalent to an Australian Senior High School.
The program runs for a total of 78 calendar weeks, comprising 60 academic weeks (6 terms of 10 weeks each) and 18 weeks of term breaks (6 breaks of 3 weeks each), with 1200 allocated face-to-face hours in total.
This program delivers over 20 hours of full-time study a week, with training consisting of 20 hours a week of face-to-face delivery. Additional resources are available online through the college Moodle platform.
Graduates of the BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication may pursue roles such as Sales Manager, Product Manager, Public Relations Manager, Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or Marketing Team Leader.
After achieving the BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication, students may undertake the BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
