Common Questions
20 units are required for the award of this qualification, which includes 15 Core units and 5 Elective units. Additionally, Work Placements of at least 160 hours are mandatory.
International students must meet an English language requirement of IELTS 6.0 or PTE 52 or equivalent to be eligible for enrolment in the Diploma of Mental Health.
The course is 104 weeks in duration, studied full time, and includes scheduled breaks.
Assessment methods may include written questions, case studies, role plays, presentations, projects, and simulated assessments.
