About This Course

The HLT54121 – Diploma of Nursing represents the vital role of an Enrolled Nurse (EN), working under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide compassionate care across all stages of life. To become a registered Enrolled Nurse (EN) in Australia, candidates must complete a Diploma of Nursing program accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) and recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). The Diploma of Nursing prepares individuals to become Enrolled Nurse (EN), providing essential nursing care across various healthcare settings. Entry Requirements

Requirements

Successful completion of the Australian Year 12 or equivalent
18 years of age and above at the time of enrolment
NMBA specified level of English language skills
Successful completion of the Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) test and demonstration of competence at exit level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in both reading and numeracy
Overall IELTS score of 7, with a minimum of 7.0 in Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum of 6.5 in Writing, or other approved equivalent test results
A clear and satisfactory National Police Clearance (NCC) or Australian Federal Police (AFP) Clearance certificate (for PEP)
Required immunisation (for PEP)
Working with Children Check (WWCC) (for PEP)
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (for PEP)
Students must declare any disability, disorder, or medication that may require reasonable adjustments
