The course runs for 52 weeks in total, comprising 45 weeks of study and 7 weeks of scheduled breaks.
To be eligible, applicants must provide English level evidence at Advanced level, IELTS 6.0, or PTE overall 50; be 18 years or above with a High School Certificate (Year 12); and submit a verified copy of their qualifications and transcripts, which must be verified by CTI's approved student recruitment agent to confirm their genuine status.
Graduates can pursue roles such as Project Manager, Project Leader, or Team Leader across a range of industry sectors and management contexts.
Following the completion of the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, students can progress to the BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management or BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business or Leadership and Management courses at CTI, or go onto further studies at University degree level in a variety of associated disciplines.
The course consists of 12 units in total — 8 core units and 4 electives — organised across four unit clusters covering areas such as project scope, time, quality, cost, stakeholder engagement, human resources, risk, procurement, governance, and integration.
