The Diploma of Project Management duration is up to 78 weeks, which includes 60 weeks of course delivery plus 18 weeks of term break.
Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band, or an equivalent test result, or completion of General English / EAP at the Upper Intermediate level from an approved ELICOS provider.
The course is offered in a blended mode of delivery and assessment, requiring students to attend 15 hours of face-to-face full-time classroom study plus complete 5 hours of structured online learning every week through the Mercury Colleges ELearn platform.
Students undertaking the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management may progress through the Project Management Pathway to the BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management, and then on to the BSB80220 Graduate Diploma of Portfolio Management.
Students access assessments through ELearn, and assessment methods include Demonstrations, Presentations, Class Tests, Projects, Written Reports, and Financial Calculations.
