Common Questions
For domestic students, the tuition fee is $3,900 with an additional resource fee of $175, available for both the Flexi-Learn and Face-to-Face delivery methods. AIWT will not accept prepaid fees exceeding $1,500 at any one time.
Domestic students can choose from three delivery methods: Flexi-Learn (self-paced online learning with full trainer support), Traineeship (on-the-job learning with online resources, workplace visits and trainer support), or Face-to-Face (2 days per week class contact with online resources). International students are offered Face-to-Face delivery only.
International students pay a tuition fee of $12,900, a resource fee of $495, and an application fee of $250. The course duration is 52 weeks, delivered face-to-face with 2 days per week class contact and online resources. AIWT does not collect more than 50% of the total tuition fee unless the student or their sponsor requests otherwise in writing.
Depending on the units selected, one of two occupational options may be awarded: Diploma of Property (Agency Management), or Diploma of Property (Agency Management – Strata).
Career prospects may include Real Estate Agency Principal, Strata Management Principal, Agency Manager, and Agency Director. The qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.
