For domestic students, the course duration is 66 weeks. International students complete the course over 75 weeks. Both include 200 hours of Student Clinic in addition to scheduled class time.
The course fee for domestic students is $12,880.00, and for international students it is $17,880.00. A $250 enrolment fee is required in addition to these fees. Course fees include material fees.
For domestic students, classes are held every Friday plus clinic during the first 26 weeks (9am–4pm), then 3 days per week plus clinic after 26 weeks (9am–12pm). For international students, classes are held 2–3 days per week plus clinic in the first 26 weeks (9am–4pm), then 3 days per week plus clinic after 26 weeks (9am–12pm). Class days may vary depending on the subject.
Yes. On successful completion of your HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage qualification you will be able to register with private health funds allowing clients to claim rebates. MEDIBANK Provider recognition will also be given to MSQ graduates.
Some of the skills learnt in this course include Mobilisation Technique, Myofascial Release Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Orthopaedic Assessment, Sports Injury Management, and Remedial Massage I–III. The qualification equips you with a wide range of specialised techniques and skills along with knowledge of how best to apply them.
