The Diploma of Salon Management has a total duration of 52 weeks, comprising 46 weeks of study and 6 weeks of holiday.
The course is delivered in Blended Mode, combining face-to-face and online learning, with classes available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm at the Gold Coast campus.
Intakes are available monthly. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for specific 2026 and 2027 intake dates.
There are no specific formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, Gold Coast Learning Centre requires students to agree to comply with VET Entry Requirements, and only Australian issued evidence is accepted.
Students will develop skills to manage and lead a salon team, develop policies and procedures for salons, create marketing and promotional materials, and work within a personal service business culture.
