The tuition fee for the SIT50122 Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management is $10,000, plus a non-refundable enrolment fee of $200.
The course has a duration of 52 weeks, delivered face-to-face for 13.5 hours per week and online for 6.5 hours per week, totalling 20 hours of study per week.
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements: an IELTS overall score of 6.0, a PTE Academic score of 50 if the test is undertaken before 6 August 2025 (or 47 if taken after 7 August 2025), or an equivalent Language, Literacy and Numeracy qualification.
Graduates can find employment as a travel agency manager, inbound groups manager, marketing manager, sales manager, or visitor information centre manager, or they can further their study in the SIT60122 Advanced Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management.
The diversity of employers includes travel agencies, tour wholesalers, tour operators, inbound tour operators, holiday parks and resorts, tourist attractions, visitor information centres, and other tourism businesses.
