Yes, the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry is fully accredited by the Australian Dental Council (ADC). Completing the program sets you up for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), allowing you to practise as a specialist throughout Australia and New Zealand.
To apply for the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry, you must have completed a dental degree and have at least two years of full-time clinical experience after completing that degree.
During your studies, you will gain hands-on clinical experience at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and its affiliated clinics, working side by side with talented university staff who are there to support and guide you every step of the way.
The indicative first year fee for 2026 is AUD $58,976. Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are not available for this course.
