The combined degree has two strands reflecting the scientist-practitioner model. The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) provides graduates with the training, education and capacity to complete a research project in clinical psychology at a high level of originality and quality. Following commencement of the PhD, the Master of Clinical Psychology complements this study through academic programwork, including specified coursework and 1000 hours of supervised placement to develop competent clinical psychologists.
The combined degree is offered full time and takes 4.5 years to complete.
The program is available at two campuses: Penrith and Bankstown City.
There are two separate application processes: for the PhD component, you apply directly through the Graduate Research School; for the Master of Clinical Psychology component, you apply directly through UAC.
Domestic students may be eligible for Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP), with an indicative annual fee from $11,885. International students are charged AUD $47,561. The program code is 1812 and the CRICOS code is 111602F.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
