PhD Research Thesis
This subject is designed to equip students to be independent researchers and make a substantial contribution toward advancement of knowledge and practice within their chosen field. Students will undertake a thesis in consultation with an approved supervisor. This subject is available for study on either a full‑time or part‑time basis.

Yes. Alphacrucis University College is noted as the first university accredited by the Australian Department of Education to allow thesis submissions in Korean, enabling students to deeply express their thoughts in their native language and complete a high-level thesis.
The Doctor of Philosophy program has intakes in March and August. The program duration is 3 years full-time or a maximum of 10 years part-time.
Applicants must hold either an AQF Level 8 Bachelor Honours degree (First Class or 2A) with demonstrated research methodology knowledge equivalent to RES701, or an AQF Level 9 or above postgraduate qualification with at least 20 credit points of research and a GPA of 2.8 or above. Applicants must also have completed a prior research thesis of at least 12,000 words, though peer-reviewed journal articles may substitute in some cases.
The tuition fee is $2,650 per subject, and FEE-HELP is available to eligible domestic students. The program comprises 240 credit points in total.
