The EAP course runs at four levels: EAP Level 1 (Pre-intermediate), EAP Level 2 (Intermediate), EAP Level 3 (Upper-Intermediate), and EAP Level 4 (Advanced). Each level runs for 12 weeks at 20 hours per week full-time.
The EAP course helps you develop skills such as essay and other forms of academic writing, academic reading skills and topics, making a presentation, doing research, and note-taking and listening. EAP1 and EAP2 have a greater emphasis on learning language – grammar and structure, vocabulary, syntax – while EAP3 and EAP4 have a greater focus on language skills – reading, writing, speaking & listening.
Yes. In addition to the compulsory 20 hours of the program, Scots offers students the valuable opportunity to attend a guided individual learning session at the end of each formal teaching day. Students will have access to computers, resources, books and audio-visual materials to work on essays, research assignment material, etc. A teacher will be present for students to assist with any areas which require further development.
To enter EAP Level 1 (Pre-intermediate), students must have completed either a CEFR A2 level qualification or General English Pre-intermediate. Students need to have good basic English language skills and should finish Pre-Intermediate General English before starting the EAP course.
Upon successful completion of the EAP course, students can gain direct entry into the Australian National Institute of Management and Commerce (IMC) and other Australian colleges. Most students studying EAP hope to go on to vocational or higher education courses, which may include courses available in universities (both private and public), private colleges and TAFE colleges.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
