About This Course

The General English Program at PEI accommodates students of all levels including Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced. Students sit for short weekly tests and more comprehensive mid-term and end-of-term tests every 5-weeks. Tests are completed electronically regardless of whether they are weekly or 5-weekly. Electronic versions of Cutting Edge 3rd edition (Starter to Advanced) are used as a basis to deliver a communicative course with a task-based approach that helps students achieve their goals.
