Yes. After gaining your Graduate Certificate in Business, you need only complete a further eight units to achieve a Curtin Master of Business Administration (MBA). You may also choose to exit or pause your business studies after completing the four units of the graduate certificate.
No. There are two pathways into the course. Applicants with an undergraduate degree need to demonstrate two (2) years of relevant work experience. Applicants without an undergraduate degree will need three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience and must meet the English language proficiency requirements for the course.
The 2026 domestic fee-paying postgraduate fee is $19,267, based on a first-year full-time study load of 100 credits. Fees are indicative only, and the total cost will depend on your course options (i.e. units selected and time taken to complete). Domestic fee-paying students may be eligible for FEE-HELP assistance.
Face-to-face study is at Curtin's Graduate School of Business, in the heart of the Perth CBD. Depending on unit selection, the course can be completed fully online. However, international students on student visas are not permitted to study fully online. You can also choose a mix of on-campus (evenings or block teaching) and online study.
You can start the course at a time of the year that's best for you: either January, May or August (Trimesters 1, 2 or 3). The course can be completed in just two trimesters (about 6 months) studying full-time, or equivalent part-time.
