Graduate Certificate in Clinical Dentistry (Advanced Restorative)

• English Language Declaration Form must be submitted with your application (form reflects minimum test requirements for results obtained both before and from 23 April 2026).
• A copy of current AHPRA Dental Registration certificate for domestic applicants; Evidence of current overseas practicing Dental registration certificate which shows the expiry date for international applicants. If the document is issued in a language other than English, please provide the original together with an official English translation.
• A criminal record check before you are considered for admissions and undertake a clinical placement in a NSW Department of Health Facility if admitted. For international candidates, you need to submit a Criminal Record Check from your own Country at the time of application. If the document is issued in a language other than English, please provide the original together with an official English translation.
• Current detailed Resumé outlining evidence of position as a Dentist employment history and relevant experience.
• Contact details of two work related referees including their name, position, telephone and e-mail address.
• Proof of identity: a valid passport (biodata page). Alternatively, an Australian birth certificate or Australian or New Zealand citizenship certificate for domestic students.
• Current or final official academic transcripts and their official English translation copy if the original transcripts were issued in a language other than English.
• Final testamur or proof of completion of your qualification and its official English translation copy if it was issued in a language other than English.
• Proof of English proficiency (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL results) where required.
• For courses with mandatory prerequisites, official detailed unit outlines for all prerequisite units in your studies which you believe will meet the prerequisite requirements.

English Language Requirements (tests taken on or after 23 April 2026):

• IELTS (academic module): minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
• PTE Academic: minimum overall score of 72 and minimum scores of 72 for listening, 72 for reading, 72 for writing, and 76 for speaking.
• TOEFL iBT: minimum total score of 96 with minimum scores of 23 for listening, 23 for reading, 25 for writing, and 24 for speaking.

English Language Requirements (tests taken on or prior to 22 April 2026):

• IELTS (academic module): minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
• PTE Academic: minimum overall score of 72 and a minimum score of 72 in each of the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
• TOEFL iBT: minimum total score of 96 with minimum scores of 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 25 for writing, and 23 for speaking.
• English language proficiency tests must be completed within two years of the date on which you will commence your course.
