• Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field
• Note: This program is not available to graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying; those students may consider the Graduate Certificate in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery as an alternative
• English language proficiency requirements (if applicable):
  • IELTS Academic: Overall score 6.5 with no sub-score less than 6.0
  • PTE Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
  • TOEFL iBT: Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
• Alternative entry via prior work experience may be considered with documentation of employment history including a statement from employer about position, time in role, and brief overview of role performed
