\n\nA bachelor's degree and postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., Graduate Diploma in Education or Master of Teaching)\nA bachelor's degree or combined degree in Education, including professional experience or practicum, equivalent to the qualifications required for Graduate Teacher status in NSW or other Australian jurisdictions\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field, plus one year's relevant professional experience and development\n\nTeaching/Education Qualification: This is considered a degree or postgraduate teaching qualification in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, Adult or higher education and includes practicum/placement.

\nAccreditation: If you hold current graduate teacher accreditation with a recognised Australian professional body (e.g. NESA, BOSTES, VIC Institute of Teachers) you must provide evidence of your accreditation record. Please include accreditation details when uploading your CV.

\nRelated fields: Arts, humanities, media, psychology, social work, business, economics, languages, linguistics, communications, policy studies, behavioural sciences, social sciences.

\nRelevant professional experience: Teacher, educational developer, languages teacher, lecturer, teacher of English to speakers of other languages, educational leader, educational administration. Relevant professional experience does not include periods of Practicum or Work Placement (Work Integrated Learning) undertaken when training to become a teacher.

\nThe following additional entry requirements apply to those students who wish to study the Educational Research specialisation (i.e., EDSTCT) in the Graduate Certificate in Education:

\n\nThe achievement of at least a WAM of 75 (or equivalent) in the most recently completed degree; AND\nSuccessful performance in an interview where questions will be asked about the student's interest in, and commitment to, studies in research; AND\nThe availability of a suitable supervisor \n","links":[]}]}
