The course takes 1 term full-time or 2 or more terms part-time to complete.
The course is delivered on campus at two locations: Eveleigh NSW 2015 and Hobart TAS 7000.
Entry requires an Australian bachelor's degree (or equivalent, including overseas qualifications); or completion of a three-year post-secondary qualification with an average pass mark of 70% in a relevant discipline; or three years' relevant work experience. English language requirements also apply.
The course has two core subjects — Financial Technology and the Digital Economy (TTEC601) and Financial Technologies in Banking (TTEC604) — plus two elective subjects chosen from Big Data for Business (TTEC602), Technology and Law (TLAW610), and E-Business Strategies (TBUS610).
Yes, the Graduate Certificate can be extended by further study in the Graduate Diploma of Financial Technologies Management, or through progression at the postgraduate level into the Master of Business Administration (FinTech Management).
