Admission criteria text: Entry into the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (40 units) will be available for applicants who have: 3 year Bachelors Degree ; or 3 year Diploma in a related field; or 3 year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organisational experience; or 2 year Diploma in a related field + 2 years relevant organisational experience; or 2 year Diploma not in a related field + 3 years relevant organisational experience; or At least 5 years relevant organisational experience. *related fields include accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing or social science. Only after the successful completion of the Graduate Certificate students will be eligible to formally enrol in the Masters Program. They will, however, receive 40 units credit by virtue of the studies they will have already completed. Therefore they will be required to do an additional 80 units to complete their Masters Degree. International applicants must also satisfy the University’s English Language Requirements.
