Yes. Units completed in the Graduate Certificate in Marketing are transferable towards the Masters of Marketing at Victoria University.
Instead of juggling several units at once, you'll complete two units over 8 weeks if studying full-time, or just one unit if studying part-time. Learning takes place in workshop-style classes, and you'll receive fast feedback on your assignments to help you improve quickly as you progress through your course.
The course is a full-fee course, meaning it is not government subsidised and you will pay the total cost of each unit. The indicative fee for a full-time student is AU$17,250 per year. In addition to tuition fees, you will also need to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).
To attain the award of Graduate Certificate in Marketing, students are required to complete 48 credit points, all of which consist of core units: Marketing Communication, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Management, each worth 12 credit points.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
