About This Course

It is expected that graduates from the program will be skilful in customising a project management life cycle and developing comprehensive project plans involving cost and quality control, managing risks and stakeholders in addition to developing efficient schedules while being able to act as effective communicators within a project team setting. Students have the option to continue to progress with a Graduate Diploma or a Masters’ degree. The Graduate Certificate in Project Management will cultivate your knowledge, skills and competencies to make valuable contributions to various industries and sectors through engagement with key project management concepts and practices. You will graduate with the capabilities to customise project management life cycles for specific domains; create comprehensive project plans involving effective control on scope, time, cost and quality; effectively manage resources, procurement, risks, stakeholders and communications in project settings; in addition to being an effective communicator within a project team setting. On successful completion of this course you will have the option to continue on to study a graduate diploma or a Master’s degree. Tertiary Education: Minimum admission requirements to this program are An undergraduate degree, or higher, in any discipline Or A Diploma or higher, in any discipline, plus at least two years’ full-time equivalent professional work experience in project management.
