Graduate Certificate in Project Management

The Graduate Certificate in Project Management introduces the key theories and practices needed to manage projects across the stages of the project lifecycle, in response to the shift toward project-based work models across industries from construction and healthcare to software development and marketing.
You complete four courses covering core project management theories, concepts and practices: project management fundamentals, risk assessment and management, project leadership, and project control methods.
Across the certificate you explore a wide range of principles and skills for managing projects of various scales, and graduate with a comprehensive knowledge of best-practice project management principles and practices that can be applied to a range of linear and non-complex projects across industries.

The program is 24 units of core courses, taken full time over half a year at the Adelaide City Campus, with February and July intakes. A part-time equivalent is also available.
