The International Pathway College is based at the Sandy Bay campus in Hobart, Tasmania.
Programs are available in three categories: Foundation Studies programs, which enable international students to gain direct entry to a University of Tasmania undergraduate degree; First Year Diplomas, which enable international students to directly enter the second year of their chosen undergraduate degree; and a Pre-Masters program, which enables international students to enter a postgraduate degree program at the Tasmanian School of Business & Economics.

Yes, the Foundation Studies Program is designed to help students like Kim Nak Kyun, who had not studied science during high school and needed to work on his English. The program honed his English and got him up to speed with the year 12-equivalent science qualification he needed for the Bachelor of Pharmacy, ultimately enabling him to become a qualified pharmacist.
