Yes. Upon successful completion of at least two subjects in the Graduate Certificate of Information Technology, you may choose to progress, with advanced standing (credit), into one of the following master's degrees: Master of Information Technology, Master of Information Technology (Cyber Security), or Master of Information Technology (Big Data and Analytics).
The full-time duration is 2 trimesters. However, Australian and New Zealand students may wish to accelerate their studies and complete this course in one trimester.
The course comprises 4 subjects in total (16 credit points): 3 core subjects — Agile IT Project Management and Governance, Enterprise and Network Cyber Security, and Database Management Systems — plus 1 IT specified elective at Level 700, which can be chosen from either the Cyber Security or Big Data and Analytics specialisation streams.

In accordance with the Australian Government ESOS National Code, international students on a Student Visa can only undertake 33% of their total enrolment load online. They must be enrolled in at least one on-campus subject in each compulsory study period.
