No, part-time mode is not available to holders of a student visa who are not citizens of Australia or New Zealand, or who are not Australian permanent residents or temporary residents of Australia. International students must study full-time, completing the course in 52 weeks (1 year, 2 semesters).
International applicants must meet one of the following English language requirements: IELTS Academic 6.5 with no band less than 6.0, TOEFL 575 or better, TOEFL IBT 91 or better, TOEFL CBT 235 or better, Academic PTE 58 or better, Cambridge English CAE/CPE (from 2015) 176 or better, GCE A Levels with a C or better in English, KITE all bands B2 with a result greater than 450 in each band, or Duolingo overall 115 with no band less than 110. To obtain a Graduate Diploma in Business, candidates are required to successfully complete or be granted credit for 8 units, totalling 48 credit points. You must complete at least 50% of the required units at PIA to be eligible for the award.
