The Graduate Diploma in Computer Science is designed for students with any undergraduate degree and some programming/maths experience who wish to gain the equivalent of a major in Computer Science.
The course takes 1 year to complete full time, or 2 years if studying part time.
The indicative first year fee for 2026 is AUD $45,984. Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are not available for this course.
The course has a March intake, and it is delivered on campus at Parkville.
The course will augment your existing knowledge with considerable technical expertise in computer science, including exposure to a variety of programming paradigms, an understanding of the systematic processes underpinning the software development lifecycle, and an appreciation of advanced topics in computing.
