You will complete 3 units (18 credit points) of core units of study, 3 units (18 credit points) from selective units of study in the Development Studies stream, and 2 units (12 credit points) from elective units of study, totalling 8 units (48 credit points).
Applications close on 31 January of the commencing year for Semester 1, and 15 July of the commencing year for Semester 2. Note that separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
Yes, you can have the opportunity to intern at local or overseas organisations or complete a research-based supervised dissertation as part of your studies.
The program draws on expertise from anthropology, international relations, political economy, linguistics, public health, human geography, economics, and sociology, and is delivered in a research-driven environment with strong industry relationships in a global city.
