The Graduate Diploma in Management builds directly on the Graduate Certificate in Management. It consists of 8 core units in total — the 4 units completed as part of the Graduate Certificate, plus a further 4 core units. Entry to the Graduate Diploma is via the Graduate Certificate in Management.
Applicants seeking entry through work and life experience must have at least five years of full-time equivalent work experience within the 10 years prior to application, including at least two years of specified management responsibility. Evidence must be provided through a CV, a personal statement/cover letter, and a letter of support from your employer.
The Graduate Diploma in Management consists of 8 core units: Financial Management (BZ510), Economics for Managers (BZ531), Human Resource Management (BZ532), Corporate Governance (BZ533), Purpose-driven Business (BZ540), Leadership and Change (BZ542), Marketing Management and Fundraising (BZ550), and Business Planning for SMEs (BZ577). Note that unit outlines are available early 2026.
The Graduate Diploma in Management uses case studies and practical assessments to help students prepare and launch new initiatives, building skills applicable to leadership, organisational change, and ministry contexts.
