Applicants need to have completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, OR an Australian Graduate Certificate (or equivalent) in a similar discipline, OR have a minimum of three (3) years approved work experience. Meeting the minimum admission criteria does not guarantee entry, and past academic performance may also be considered.
To attain the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, students are required to complete 72 credit points of Core studies (six core units worth 12 credit points each) and 24 credit points of Elective units (two elective units chosen from the approved electives list), totalling 96 credit points overall.
This course is a full-fee course (not government subsidised), with indicative fees of AU$34,500 per year for a full-time student. In addition to tuition fees, students will also need to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).
Yes, the Graduate Diploma in Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). After finishing the endorsed qualification and joining AIPM as an Associate or Member, students are entitled to automatic recognition for AIPM's Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP).
Yes. Once you have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, you will gain entry to the Master of Project Management – and you'll already be half way to completing the masters degree.
