Yes. Flinders University offers staggered qualifications. After completing four topics you receive a Graduate Certificate, after eight topics you receive the Graduate Diploma, and completing a further four topics awards you the Master of Project Management. This means the Graduate Diploma can serve as a direct stepping stone to the master's degree.
For 2026, domestic students in a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) pay an annual indicative fee of $17,399, while domestic full-fee paying (FFP) students pay $35,600. International students pay an annual indicative fee of $22,050 (FFP) for 2026.
The program is delivered in person at Flinders' City Campus and is also available online. It is designed to support working professionals with flexible scheduling and a career-focused approach. Note that part-time equivalent study options are not available for international students.
Students build practical expertise through immersive case studies, collaborative projects, and industry-aligned assessments. The program develops advanced skills in planning, executing, and evaluating complex projects using contemporary tools and practices, with a strong focus on leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and understanding knowledge areas in project management.
To be accepted into this course, applicants must hold a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution, or have completed the Graduate Certificate in Project Management (or hold a Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification).
